The hotel's proximity to alexanderplatz station was very convenient. It was just a short walk. the room was notably clean. the staff were cute upon my arrival. it made settling in easy.
i noticed some minor scuffs on the paintwork in the room.

I found the location convenient, especially with the train station so close!!! The nearby shopping mall made it easy to grab groceries. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the shower in my room was spacious. I appreciate them letting me keep the door closed. It definitely helped minimize any train noise at night.

Check-in and check-out were simple. There was no need for key cards because the room used number lockers. The hotel provided an individual pin code. The installations were clean and modern.
The hotel was not easy to find. I think that it is located behind the Alexa shopping mall. The room did not have amenities beyond soap. I missed having a kettle for coffee.

my code stopped to function for the room. they had to open it physically. it gave a lot of dysfunction to cope with.
